libcsiro0 software package provides Scientific plotting library (CSIRO libraries), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsiro0
libcsiro0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsiro0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsiro0 *
You will get with libcsiro0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
